Iva Klemick -
Vice President, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
Iva Klemick – as Vice President, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs,
joined the Company in 1999 bringing over 25 years of experience in all areas
of pharmaceutical operations including manufacturing, materials management,
quality assurance, quality control and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining
Able, she held Corporate Director positions in Planning, Material Management
and QA/QC at Zenith Laboratories for over eight years. In her current
position as Vice President, Compliance, Ms. Klemick is responsible for the
management of ANDA filings and communications with all regulatory agencies.
She acts as an official liaison with the FDA, DEA and other regulatory
agencies and is responsible for maintaining compliance with local, state and
Federal Regulatory Requirements.
